Director of Operations
Raised in Massachusetts, Britta got her start in the Hospitality Industry working with B.R. Guest Restaurants. She held leadership positions at a number of NYC restaurants including ilili, The Gansevoort and even spent time at Peasant working with Frank and his wife Dulcinea. Prior to Joining Respect Hospitality Group, Britta served as the Director of Restaurants for Jean-Georges Management where she oversaw iconic properties such as JoJo, Mercer Kitchen, Perry Street and the Inn at Pound Ridge. In her current role, Britta oversees all facets of restaurant operation. When not working, Britta is spending time with her Terrier Olive.
