Christophe was born in Nice, France and moved to Naples, Florida when he was 15 years old. He began his culinary career at one of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City, Thomas Keller’s Per Se. Christophe then moved back to Naples, FL where he rose from Dining Room Manager to General Manager at Naples Tomato and later from General Manager to Director of Restaurants at Aielli Restaurant Group. When offered the opportunity to lead the opening of a brand new concept, Christophe jumped in and became the Managing Partner of the Bevy. After moving back to New York City, Christophe was the Service Director of Buddakan. Christophe is also the Co-Founder of Gratuity Systems, an automated software program for calculating & distributing tips in restaurants.
